DESCRIPTION
Major Tech’s 1000V VDE insulated range of tools are individually tested up to 10 000V, the blades are made from hardened and tempered steel with tough, resilient and safety ergonomic soft handles.
The VDE Cable Shear is a one-handed tool with 50mm² width blades. It efficiently cuts cables up to 38mm² in cross-section and 7mm² in diameter, conforming to the IEC 60900 standard for safety. It’s important to note that it’s not suitable for cutting steel wire-armoured cables. With certifications including DIN, EN 60900, and VDE approval, this cable shear provides 1000V safety for electrical work. Measuring 210mm² in length and weighing 360g, it’s a lightweight and trusted addition to your toolkit
